According to an MLive report, a dispute between two brothers in Michigan resulted in one brother spraying the other’s hunting area with deer repellant.

After being confronted by a conservation officer, the suspected brother admitted to spraying the repellant because he believed the other brother was intentionally cutting off the deer by hunting the land next to him.

The suspected brother was also found to be illegally hunting over bait.

There is currently a submitted warrant request that cites hunter harassment and baiting deer where prohibited.
