SNOW IN THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AND LIGHT SNOW THIS MORNING SO THAT IS GREAT NEWS. MANY LOCATIONS PICKED UP A LITTLE BIT OF A COATING AND THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. WEATHER MAPS THIS MORNING WE STILL HAVE SOME LIGHT SNOW FALLING ESPECIALLY FOR AREAS EAST OF THE CITY. YOU SEE THE SNOW FALLING OVER SEVEN SPRINGS AND WE SEE THAT SNOW TO THE RIDGES OF FAYETTE COUNTY INT UNIONTOWN, ALSO INTO SOMERSET COUNTY. AS WE GO NORTH, WE SEE SOME LIGHT SNOW FALLING INTO THE CENTER PORTIONS OF ARMSTRONG COUNTY BASICALLY A WRONG ROUTE FOR 22 IS WHERE THE SNOW WAS FALLING AND THAT INCLUDES FOLKS IN INDIANA, GETTING IN SOME LIGHT SNOW TO START OFF THE DAY. IT IS RATHER CHILLY. TEMPERATURES IN THE 30’S, LOW 30’S BUT WITH THE WIND OUT OF THE WEST IT REALLY FEELS MORE LIKE THE 20’S. THERE’S DEFINITELY A BITE IN THE AIR. AS WE LOOK TO THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS, WE WILL SEE MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. LIGHT SNOW AND THEN WE HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE OF SNOW SHOWERS MOVING IN LATER TONIGHT AROUND 6:00 OR 7:00. YOU SEE THAT LINE DEVELOPING ALONG I-80 AND THAT WILL PUSH SOUTH INTO THE EVENING AROUND 8:00 TO 9:00 INTO PITTSBURGH AS WE GO INTO MONDAY MORNING WAKING UP FOR THAT MONDAY MORNING DRIVE EXPECT LIGHT SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS TO START OFF THE DAY. AS WE LOOK AHEAD FOR MONDAY, MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH LIGHT SN SHOWERS. FOR TUESDAY, RATHER CLOUDY. LIGHT SNOW EXPECTED FOR TUESDAY, NOT EXPECTING MUCH LOW. MOSTLY CLOUDY, SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS. WIND GUSTS THE STRONGEST 20 MILES PER HOUR. THAT BRINGS WIND CHILLS DOWN INTO THE 20’ MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH SNOW SHOWERS THIS EVENING.
