Outdoor Dining, In-person Retail To Resume Monday In New Jersey

TRENTON, N.J. (CBS) — Changes begin Monday for shops and restaurants in New Jersey. Restaurants will serve customers for the first time in months through outdoor seating.

Nonessential retailers, shuttered since March, can open their doors once again for in-person shopping.

There are capacity limits inside of the stores and shoppers must wear masks.

Meantime, salons will not reopen until June 22.
